8. For Fraud to be fully prosecuted even if those who committed the fraud are powerful corporations or corporate executives like Dick Cheney, Enron execs, Halliburton execs, Blackwater Execs, etc.

9. For there to be NO Corporate regulatory or tax loopholes of any kind for any corporation doing business in the US. None for BP, none for fracking corporations, none for Halliburton, none for Blackwater, etc.

10. For LGBT persons who are found to be eligible to become parents based on the same standards used for heterosexual persons to be able to adopt children.

11. Passage of the DREAM Act.

12. Green Energy Investment to reduce and eventually eliminate US use of oil and coal, which are harmful to the environment and expensive. Also, NO NUKES, which are NOT SAFE!

13. Improved Infrastructure  throughout the US, ideally through the implementation of a new WPA program to employ the millions of unemployed Americans who are unemployed through no fautl of their own but because of the greed of US corporations who have chosen to create more jobs outside of the US than inside the US despite record profits.

14. Abortion fully funded for any woman who is medically cleared for one because it is legal.

15. The FULL separation of Church and State.

16. The FULL separation of Corporation and State – fully revamp Campaign Finance Reform and improve or eliminate lobbying as it has become literally a system of corporations bribing polititicans who are for sale.

17. OVERTURN the “Citizens United” Supreme Court Decision. Why? Corporations are NOT persons and this decision undermines Democracy. This is about You, your children, and your grandchildren! 18. Filibuster Reform and an end to secret holds.

19. Fully Prosecute all fraud against any form of government in the US (city, state, or federal) – make treble damages mandatory under Qui Tam laws.

20. Full prosecution of any and all crimes by public officials that lead to full punishment under the law including a mandatory loss of pension and pension benefits. Comptroller Tom DiNapoli in NYS is introducing suchlegislation in NYS.

21. All US Labor Laws fully enforced and increased funding and authority for OSHA, EEOC and DOJ for ADA Cases.

22. Make gag orders unlawful. Gag orders enable corporate and government malfeasance to continue and take advantage of harassed and intimidated complainants who are outspent legally.

23. Make all factory farming unlawful immediately. Make the use of antibiotics in any animal to be used for consumption illegal immediately.

24. Enforce the Clean Water Act and the Clean Air Act without any corporate loopholes.

25. Remove any and all corporate ties to any governmental regulation entity to prevent cronyism, corruption, and the kind of entirely preventable dysfunctions that led to the BP Oil Spill and the financial crisis. The Mining Agency and the SEC both failed to do their jobs and regulate their industies.

26. Revoke BP’s charter to do business anywhere in or with the US immediately. Do the same for any other company in or out of the US that commits egregious violations of labor, environmental, safety and other laws.

28. For US businesses that create more jobs out of the US than in the US, tax them doubly and demand that they legally apply all US labor laws to any employee outside of the US regardless of labor laws in other nations as well as abide by the International Human Bill of Rights.

29. Stop Torture by US military, CIA, FBI, etc.
